Amicus Curiae Briefs

As of today, organizations, governments and individual legal experts have yet to announce their plans to file amicus curiae briefs relevant to the detention of Duch, former director of S-21. No information has been published thus far to reveal what, if any, entities might be interested in answering this solicitation of ECCC's Pre-Trial Chamber.
