UNDP Audit Report of the "Cambodian Side" of the ECCC

UNDP makes allegations of unjustified salary increases, serious violations of the hiring procedure, etc. The Cambodian side although admits that there had been "weaknesses" riddling its operation, it argues misinterpretation of the procedures by the UNDP and accuses the UN agency of failing to acknowledge the successes and improvements made by the Cambodian side in the last year.
