Opinion on Reparations

Mr. Chiva, Legal Aid of Cambodia (LAC):

"I don't need any compensation from the Khmer
Rouge, but I want the Tribunal to illustrate the
responsibility of the criminals," said Mr. Chiva, a
legal assistant at LAC.
